英国开放大学教师微证书课程的实施路径与价值意蕴The Implementation Paths and Value Implications:Microcredentials for Teachers Offered by the Open University

摘要(Abstract):
教育数字化转型对教师提升全纳教育素养提出了新要求,以“未来学习”平台为技术支撑,在政府、高校、第三方机构的政策支持下,英国开放大学为全球教育工作者开设了教师微证书课程。教师微证书课程围绕特定技能设计课程目标与内容、融合多种形式开展课程教学、协同内外部力量强化课程管理、侧重结果导向推进课程学习评价,在满足教师个性化专业发展需求、拓宽高等教育机构社会服务职能、推进学习型社会建设等方面具有一定价值。

- ① 英国开放大学教师微证书课程教学由相应领域的导师组负责,一个导师组负责15-25名学生(人数根据具体科目而定)的教学工作,包括组织研讨、反馈、评分、日常辅导等。
- ② 英国开放大学《微证书课程延期政策》(Deferring your Microcredential Policy)规定,学习者由于个人不可预见或无法控制的情况影响课程学习,可以申请微证书课程延期(包括申请推迟提交课程考核作业等)。课程延期申请批准后,可在本课程下次开设时再次注册学习。
